EMILLY main goal is for you to be satisfied with your newly acquired accessory, but we also know that sometimes it happens that the items do not fit you or look different than imagined.
Therefore, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to return the purchased goods. EMILLY applies a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the receipt of the item to submit a request and return the order.
To return items:
accessories must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, without any makeup stains or other alterations.
Accessories must be in the original packaging.

The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. If the items do not meet the above conditions, we cannot accept them.
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the order. Orders returned to us without prior notice will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned order. If the items arrive damaged, we will cover the return costs. Upon receiving and approving the return, the Buyer will be refunded only the amount paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refundable for the buyer. Returns of Accessories due to Size
All EMILLY accessories are tailored to hair types, but sometimes upon receiving an order, we feel that certain accessories are too large. When choosing accessories, we recommend selecting them based on the hair type, which you can choose in the product filters or find information in the product description. It is important to know that accessories like hairpins are made with an adjustable base, which can be easily bent inward to reduce size. Defects in Accessories
EMILLY accessories are handmade in Lithuania, human errors are very rare, but they can happen - if you receive accessories with a defect, please contact us via email: info@emilly.lt - we will arrange for the replacement of the accessories free of charge.

Exchange of Accessories
Upon receiving an order, sometimes you realize that you purchased accessories of the wrong color or size - you can definitely exchange unworn accessories for others. Upon receiving the order, contact us via email: info@emilly.lt for smooth exchange coordination.
Refund Amount
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned order, and inform you of the approved refund amount. The amount paid for the order will be automatically refunded to the bank/card you used for payment. The Buyer will be refunded only the amount paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refundable for the buyer. The refund usually takes about 1 business day from our side, but please note that the refund may take a little longer until your bank or credit card issuing company processes the payment.
