  • Purpose of Collection: to provide you with products or services, to fulfill our contract with you, process your payment information, organize delivery, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, verify your orders for potential risk or fraud, provide you with information or advertising related to our products or services.

  • Disclosure for Business Purposes: shared with our processors Shopify, Paysera, Omnisend, WebShopAssist.

Minors

  • Payments in the online store are processed using the paysera.lt platform, managed by UAB PAYSERA LT (Pilaitės pr. 16 LT-04352 Vilnius), so your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transmitted to UAB PAYSERA LT
  • We may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a court order, subpoena, or other lawful request for information we receive, or otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

Our data processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud, which does not have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

Services involving elements of automated decision-making include:

    • A temporary list of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist lasts for several hours.
    • A temporary rejection list of credit cards associated with banned IP addresses. This blacklist lasts for several days.
