Minors

The site is not intended for individuals under 15 years. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@emilly.lt and request deletion.

Sharing personal information

  • Payments in the online store are processed using the paysera.lt platform, which is managed by UAB PAYSERA LT ( Pilaitės pr. 16 LT-04352 Vilnius), so your personal information necessary for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to UAB PAYSERA LT
  • We may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive from you, or otherwise protect our rights.

 

Behavioral advertising

As described above, we use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing messages that we believe may interest you. For example:

Our data processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that has no legal or other significant impact on you.

Services that involve elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary list of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denial lasts for several hours.
  • Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with banned IP addresses. This denial lasts for several days.

 

Your rights

Your personal information will initially be processed in Ireland and then transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the USA.
