EMILLY's main goal is for you to love your new accessory, but we also know that sometimes it happens that the products do not suit you or do not look as you imagined.

Therefore, we are pleased to offer you the option to return purchased goods. EMILLY has a 14-day return policy, which means that from the date of receipt of the product, you have 14 days to submit a request and return the order.

To return items:
accessories must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn and unused, and there should be no makeup stains or any other alterations on them.
Accessories must be in original packaging.

Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. If the products do not meet the conditions specified above, we cannot accept them.
Once your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send the order back. Orders sent to us without prior notice will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned order. If the items arrive defective, we will cover the return shipping. Upon receiving and confirming the return, the Buyer will be refunded only the amount paid for the item. Shipping costs are not refunded to the buyer.  Returns of accessories due to their size
All EMILLY accessories are tailored to hair types, but sometimes upon receiving an order, we feel that certain accessories are too large. When choosing accessories, we recommend selecting them based on the hair type, which you can choose in the product filters or find information in the product description. It is very important to know that accessories such as headbands are made from an adjustable base, and by easily bending it inward, you can reduce its size. Accessory defects
EMILLY accessories are handmade, produced in Lithuania, human errors are very rare, but they do happen - if you receive accessories with defects, please contact us by email: info@emilly.lt - we will arrange for a free replacement of the accessories.

If you accidentally received the wrong accessory that you ordered, please provide a photo of it via email so we can quickly identify the mistake and resolve it.


Accessory Exchange
Upon receiving your order, you may sometimes realize that you have purchased accessories in the wrong color or size - you can definitely exchange unworn accessories for others. After receiving your order, please contact us via email at info@emilly.lt for a smooth exchange arrangement.


Refundable amount
We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your returned order, and we will inform you about the approved refund amount. The amount paid for the order will be automatically refunded to the bank/card with which you made the payment. The buyer will only be refunded the amount of money paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refunded to the buyer. Refunds usually take about 1 business day on our part, but please remember that the refund may take a little longer for your bank or the credit card issuing company to process the payment.
